Jim Rottkamp - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager who will be vital to daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency by nurturing relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services.

You will develop retention, review policies, resolve complex issues, and leverage product knowledge to recommend and sell policies to new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
