State Farm's Sabrina Barajas Agency is seeking an account manager to support daily operations and customer success by building meaningful relationships and acting as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

You will grow the agency by proactively marketing relevant products and services, developing retention, and guiding customers through policy reviews, issue resolution, and policy recommendations for both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
