Arley Blair - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and drive customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relations and act as the liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products, conduct policy reviews, and work toward meeting sales targets while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
