Qualifications

• P&C license required.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license.
• Previous insurance sales or account management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence initiating sales conversations, building relationships, and closing sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support agency growth and retention.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Health, and other insurance products.
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews, prepare quotes, and clearly explain coverage options.
• Manage leads, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Maintain organized customer records and collaborate with team members to ensure an excellent customer experience.
