Scott Shuff - State Farm Agent is hiring an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and help clients secure the right insurance solutions. You will grow the agency through building meaningful client relationships and serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams.

As a sociable, sales-minded professional, you will review policies, advise clients, and promote our range of insurance products to both new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
