Tad Tran State Farm Agency in Chicago seeks an Accounts Manager to grow the agency through client relationships and cross-selling insurance products. You will act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments to improve outcomes for our customers.

You will grow your career by proactively marketing relevant products, resolving issues, and driving retention through strong sales conversations with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Chinese bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
