Trae Covington State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and office departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products and services, drive retention, conduct policy reviews, and assist in resolving complex customer issues while achieving sales targets in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
