Jeremy Senn - State Farm Agent Team Member is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success in Chanhassen, MN. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and internal departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products and services, conduct policy reviews, and strive to meet sales targets while delivering excellent service to warm and cold leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
