Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Exceed client expectations with proactive service.
• Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license required (agency will pay).
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell financial products during contacts.
• Verify and update customer contact information.
• Answer incoming calls on the first ring.
