The Jonus Group is seeking an Insurance Account Manager for our Petaluma, CA office. This role supports Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, managing renewals, COI processing, endorsements, and billing, with a focus on agricultural clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license, has 2+ years in insurance account management, and can use Hawksoft. Onsite work offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment with strong client service expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance account management, CL or PL
• Active P&C license required
• Familiarity with Hawksoft software preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts focusing on renewals, COI, endorsements, and billings.
• Handle accounts primarily in Commercial Lines, with focus on agricultural clients.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely client support.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high service standards and agency growth.
