The Jonus Group is seeking an Insurance Account Manager for our Petaluma, CA office. This role supports Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, managing renewals, COI processing, endorsements, and billing, with a focus on agricultural clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license, has 2+ years in insurance account management, and can use Hawksoft. Onsite work offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment with strong client service expectations.

Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in either Commercial Lines (CL) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment. The position is based onsite in Petaluma and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, including agricultural and personal lines. Compensation Package

• Salary Range:
• Personal Lines: $60,000 - $65,000
• Commercial Lines: $70,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of insurance accounts, with a focus on renewals, processing, Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and billings.
• Handle accounts primarily in the Commercial Lines sector, with a focus on agricultural clients.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and contribute to the agency's growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance account management, preferably in Commercial Lines or Personal Lines. Experience with agricultural accounts is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Hawksoft software is preferred but not mandatory.
