Clyburn Insurance is seeking an Account Manager to be the first point of contact for clients—handling policy questions, changes, billing and claims support while coordinating with producers to ensure a smooth, positive client experience.

This on-site, full-time role in Virginia Beach offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a salary range of $40,000–$60,000, with benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Must have active Property & Casualty license.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Assist with billing questions and payment processing.
• Support the claims process by guiding clients and coordinating with carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Remarket accounts to carriers to maintain competitive pricing.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities alongside producers.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention.
• Collaborate with team for timely, accurate service delivery.
