Job summary

Advantixx Insurance Group in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking an Insurance Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to manage client relationships after the sale, resolve service needs, support retention, and guide coverage discussions with licensed team members.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, handling billing questions, processing policy changes, and coordinating with producers and carriers to ensure an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, organization, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Insurance agency or financial-services experience is preferred.
• Active Nevada P&C license is preferred; licensed candidates or those willing to obtain licensing may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to calls, emails, billing questions, policy changes, and documentation requests.
• Coordinate claims guidance, renewal reviews, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain accurate notes and tasks in agency systems.
• Support retention, referrals, cross-selling, and account rounding within licensing rules.
• Work closely with producers and carriers to deliver an excellent customer experience.
