Rob Mcmasters - State Farm Agent in Pulaski, TN is seeking an Account Representative to help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering prompt, friendly service.

A Property & Casualty license is preferred or required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
