Leon Gobczynski's State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

The role emphasizes proactive marketing of relevant insurance and financial products, with responsibilities spanning lead development, appointment setting, and thorough customer service. A strong focus on relationship-building is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to attain a Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
