This role offers a base salary plus commission, bonuses based on performance, paid time off, parental leave, a signing bonus, a company car, and opportunities for advancement. Licensing reimbursement after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in outside/inside sales or related roles.
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Strong ability to relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
