Responsibilities

• Acts as agent of Producer assigned accounts, servicing and/or soliciting activities.
• Manages book of business and directs service team work.
• Receives and develops new business leads and cross-sell opportunities.
• Leads client point of contact from lead to renewal.
• Prepares renewal analyses and presents to clients.
• Sells renewal business and expands lines of coverage when possible.
• Negotiates with carriers for coverage and pricing considerations.
• Manages vendor relationships and client contracts.
