Qualifications

• Sales experience with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and upsell insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service for inquiries, policy changes, and billing.
• Field inbound calls and develop relationships to drive retention and sales.
• Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
• Prospect and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
• Generate new insurance business through provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and address gaps or concerns.
