State Farm Agent in Rome, GA is seeking a results-oriented Insurance Account Position - Team Member to turn leads into lasting customer relationships and drive value through our insurance products.

You will help customers with inquiries, explain coverages, and support in developing agency strategies and quotas. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for advancement and performance-based bonuses.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service through inquiries, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
• Field inbound calls and establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Education customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
• Promote business development and customer retention through effective communication.
• Prospect and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market products and services.
• Generate new insurance business through leads, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and identify gaps or concerns.
