Job summary

Arianna Ontiveros State Farm is seeking an Account Associate to support daily office operations and customer success in Dinuba, CA. You will help grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services, handle policy changes, claims, and inquiries, and collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in insurance or related field preferred.
• Willing to obtain required insurance licenses.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
