Arianna Ontiveros Insurance Agency State Farm is looking for an Account Representative to support daily operations and help grow the agency through customer-focused service.

You will develop leads, manage relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, promoting relevant insurance products and services while upholding high service standards. This role emphasizes strong communication and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; able to attain a Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and market products to meet customer needs.
• Establish and follow up with customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, friendly service including inquiries about product availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Promote ongoing, long-lasting customer relations.
