Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) | Client Service Associate within our Business Insurance team. You will support the Account Management and Sales teams, coordinating the marketing process for new/renewal group business, compiling data, soliciting quotes, and preparing cost sheets to meet guidelines.

You will also assist in issuing certificates of insurance and preparing client communications for planning and reviews.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Property & Casualty Insurance experience, preferably within a brokerage.
• Strong oral and written communication, and client relationship skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain it within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management and Sales teams to meet client needs.
• Coordinate and complete the marketing process for new and renewal group business.
• Compile data, solicit quotes, monitor bid requests, and prepare complex cost sheets.
• Assist with issuing and managing certificates of insurance and client communications.
• Contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic planning materials.
