You will help connect clients with resources, educate staff, and streamline workflows in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, data tracking, and cross-department collaboration to minimize service interruptions and ensure accurate insurance information for clients.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating insurance-related workflow.
• Knowledge of Ohio Medicaid, managed care, and payer authorization processes.
• Experience with insurance verification, authorizations, billing support, or healthcare navigation.
• Ability to protect confidential information and adhere to HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Educate staff on insurance coverage, payer requirements, and authorization processes.
