Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Holdrege, NE is seeking a Production Operator for our 12-hour day shift to help manufacture insulin syringes in a GMP-regulated facility.

You’ll wear PPE, verify quality, operate molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse equipment, and document in-process checks to ensure compliance and safety. You’ll join a 24/7 operation with a strong emphasis on teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement, and you’ll receive onboarding, training, and growth opportunities within a respected

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience with or repairing manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read instructions and complete product quality checks.
• Familiarity with basic computer software (MS Office).
• Strong teamwork and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse equipment.
• Inspect products and perform in-process quality checks.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols and document paperwork.
• Move raw materials and finished goods as needed.
