Job summary

embecta, a global medical device company, is seeking a Machine Attendant on the B shift to support high-speed manufacturing and ongoing production. You will maintain equipment, clean work areas, perform inspections and packaging, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Successful candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED, be bilingual in reading/writing/speaking English, and demonstrate basic MS Office skills along with strong interpersonal communication in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment per preventive maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Produce, visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
• Understand and complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Understand and compete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.

• Must maintain certification on equipment assigned.
• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Shift Leader and required to support the needs of the business.
• High speed manufacturing environment. Must remain alert and focused.
• Obey all company policies, standards, and rules, including but not limited to:
• Safety policies and rules (including lockout procedures)
• Understand and apply embecta standards and specs to ensure all products are produced to embecta standards.

Experience & Education:

• High School diploma or GED required
