Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Holdrege, Nebraska, is hiring Production Operators for a 12-hour night shift at our 24/7 manufacturing facility that produces insulin delivery syringes.

You will join a team of about 450 colleagues across molding, assembly, packaging, and warehouse, contributing to high-quality, regulated medical devices that improve patient care. You’ll complete PPE checks, operate equipment, perform in-process inspections, document quality steps, and maintain safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience with or fixing manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail in reading and documenting product quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate molding, assembly, packaging, or warehouse equipment to produce insulin syringes.
• Perform in-process inspections and document quality checks per regulations.
• Maintain safety and PPE protocols and ensure clean, organized work area.
• Assist with material movement and communicate issues to team lead.
