Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville is actively hiring a Registered Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time PM shift in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role seeks experienced Medication Aides seeking stable hours and competitive pay in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky KMA or CMA certification required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer and manage medications in compliance with Kentucky state regulations and community policies.
• Provide resident-centered care in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
• Accurately document medication administration and nursing services.
• Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition.
• Support individualized resident care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and leadership as part of a team-based care model.
