Stonecreek Health and Rehab in Paducah, KY is seeking Full-Time Kentucky Medication Aides (CMA) for day and night shifts. You will administer non-injectable medications under supervision of nursing staff and monitor residents’ responses.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• High school diploma or GED.
• One year CMA experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with older adults preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with medication administration, treatment assistance, and services according to the healthcare provider's orders
• Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines
• Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors
• Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations
