You will assess residential and commercial sites on-site, craft clear estimates, and explain benefits to clients, guiding them toward energy-efficient choices.

You will collaborate with clients and the installation team, generate leads, and maintain thorough records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in insulation or construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and energy efficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct on-site assessments and accurately estimate insulation requirements.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.
