Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a supervisory professional to lead insulation installation and maintenance efforts, ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across projects in South Carolina.

You will coach installers, schedule work, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, oversee material usage, and report progress daily to keep projects on time and within budget while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in insulation installation, preferably in both commercial and residential settings
• Understanding of insulation materials, installation techniques, and related equipment
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team
• Industry-specific certifications in insulation or related trades may be required
• Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing project needs

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of insulation installers, assigning tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work complies with OSHA, building codes, and industry regulations
• Schedule and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Conduct inspections to verify adherence to specifications and quality standards
• Train and mentor new team members in insulation best practices
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper use of insulation and related materials
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to report progress and resolve issues
• Implement strategies to address challenges and improve installation efficiency
• Prepare daily reports on project status and team performance
