Carolina Energy Conservation in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a full-time Foreman / Crew Lead to guide a 3-person crew on attic and insulation projects. You will lead job sites, ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while coordinating with customers.

The role offers a competitive salary ($60,000–$90,000 per year) with incentives, including 10% of upsells and 10% of volume over 11k, plus bonus opportunities on a 70/30 split, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience.
• Experience in construction management or leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A working cell phone.
• Customer service skills.
• Able to sell and upsell projects to customers.
• Able to manage up to 3 people on a crew.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job production at multiple sites and keep customers updated.
