Installed Building Products is hiring an insulation installer in Cincinnati, OH. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, DOE. You will install fiberglass or rock wool batts in exterior walls and ceilings and may drive a company vehicle as needed.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with ladders and tight spaces. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with a focus on safety and efficiency on diverse job sites.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience installing insulation is a plus.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
• Comfortable using standard hand tools.
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto the truck.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders to the required height.
• Cut insulation to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces.
• Install insulation by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or using equipment.
• Possibly drive a company vehicle and follow DOT rules.
• Follow job site safety rules and know MSDS locations.
