Job summary

Installed Building Products is seeking an insulation installer to join our Ohio crew. You’ll load materials, set up ladders, and cut/install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. A valid driver’s license is required for site-to-site work, and safety procedures must be followed.

We offer room to move up, full-time hours, and a competitive pay range. Experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate who is reliable and safety-conscious.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus; training provided.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.
• A valid driver’s license required for transportation between sites.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
