Job summary

Blue Ridge Building Products, part of the Installed Building Products family, is seeking an insulation installer to expertly install fiberglass or rock wool batts in walls and ceilings. You will follow a consistent process emphasizing quality and safety across varied projects.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, and the ability to work in tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Prior installation experience is a plus and bilinguals are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Installation experience a plus.
• Comfortable using standard hand tools.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto a truck.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed.
• Cut insulation and install in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces.
• Install insulation by stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or using equipment.
• May drive a company vehicle and follow DOT rules.
