Job summary

Broken Drum Insulation Visalia, Inc. is hiring an insulation installer to professionally install fiberglass or rock wool batts in exterior walls and ceilings.

The role requires physical work, safe handling of materials, and adherence to safety standards on varied project sites. The position offers a pay range of $16.90–$20.00 per hour, Monday through Friday and Saturday shifts, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, and a robust 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Installation experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using standard hand tools.
• Able to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and log materials onto a truck.
• Erect scaffolding or ladders as needed.
• Cut insulation to size and install in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces.
• Install insulation via stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or equipment that injects insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle if required, and maintain tools/truck; follow DOT rules.
