Job summary

Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning NorCal is seeking a Comfort Cloud Insulation Technician to join our Livermore team. You will be responsible for blowing in insulation, installing in attic spaces, and delivering exceptional customer service in clients' homes.

The role supports HVAC and related services while maintaining safety and professional standards. The position offers an hourly wage of $24 plus bonuses, with opportunities for training and career growth in a dynamic

What Will I Do?

• Blow insulation in residential and commercial jobs
• Install in attic spaces
• Use exceptional customer service skills face-to-face with people in their homes
• Safely load/unload material onto work trucks
• Erect scaffolding or ladders to specific heights
• Operate and maintain general construction tools and insulation machinery
• Observe job site safety policy and procedures
• Complete daily paperwork and materials inventory

• Serve clients by analyzing and performing on work orders; gathers components, parts, and tools to complete installation
• Remove, sanitize, seal and blow in insulation
• Maintain rapport with customers, communicate details or work being performed and educate on use of new system(s)
• Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and/or records.
• Excel with a team environment, and be willing to support all areas of our business outside of just insulation as needed, including HVAC installation and maintenance, and general labor
• Maintain a clean cut image and conform to both our uniform and business casual dress environment
• Complete all tasks in accordance with Service Champions quality and safety standards
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities (internal and/or external)

Hourly rate $24/hr + bonus

• After receiving a conditional offer of employment we will run a background check, drug test, motor veh and reference check
