Do you like to have fun at work? We are looking for an experienced Spray Foam Technician to join our fantastic team. In this role, you will be responsible for several key tasks, including all aspects of the spray foam installation process, leading a crew, and managing projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Load the correct materials for each job
• Strategize an efficient install in residential and commercial buildings
• Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and covering surfaces
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Operate and Maintain spray foam equipment
• Install spray foam properly and neatly
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications

• Be committed to the team and the job at hand.
• Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable.
• Experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools is highly preferred
• Have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training
• Physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
• Be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team
• Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals.
• Experience in spray foam installation is required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
