Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrollment in or interest in HVAC apprenticeship or trade school preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn HVAC installation practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installers with setup, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems.
• Prepare tools, materials, and work areas; measure, cut, drill, and assemble under supervision.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and project instructions to ensure code compliance and safety.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and log work performed and time.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers; participate in training and safety meetings.
