We Care Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to support retrofit replacements of furnaces and air conditioners. You’ll work in crews, perform safety and performance tests, check for CO and gas leaks, and communicate clearly with homeowners about the work and status.

Responsibilities

• Assist retrofit replacements of furnaces and A/C units.
• Conduct safety and performance tests on installed systems.

We continue to grow every year.The primary duties of an HVAC Install Apprentice are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
