ADM in Columbus, NE is seeking an Instrumentation Technician to diagnose and service a range of electrical and electronic monitoring equipment. You will calibrate, repair, and program process controls, while supporting installation projects and improving equipment reliability.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, ability to read blueprints, and willingness to work shifts including weekends. Associates degree or equivalent instrumentation experience is expected.

Competenze

• Associates Degree and/or 3–5 years instrumentation experience or a 2-year degree.
• Able to run conduit, troubleshoot, read blueprints.
• Electrical experience and knowledge of ladder logic are a plus.

Mansioni

• Diagnose panel malfunctions.
• Calibrate, replace or repair flow meters, control valves, pH monitors, and pressure/level transmitters.
• Develop or modify process control computer programs.
• Build or modify alarms, timers, and related devices.
• Assist in installation and wiring of new/modified electrical equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of manuals, publications and files related to equipment and processes.
