Job summary

Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH) is seeking a General Technician to provide engineering support for wiring, electronics, drafting, instrumentation, and related disciplines at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

You will assist senior staff, gather materials, and deliver items to test locations. You will perform assembly, testing, data recording, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems, with occasional travel to other test facilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification within 60 days.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and small circuits.
• Proficiency with MS Office preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Preflight and post flight instrumentation for F-35 platforms.
• Wire instrumentation packages and platforms.
• Maintain and calibrate instrumentation systems.
• Support on-aircraft ground testing.
• Occasional travel to other test facilities.
