Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a maintenance/instrumentation professional to manage instrument, electrical, and DCS systems for a pilot plant facility.

You will work with Operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient operations and contribute to project scoping for improvements. The role requires an associate degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience, plus relevant electrical credentials and flexibility to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science related discipline with 3 years relevant work experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Electrical license or equivalent training (e.g., electrician or electrical technician programs).
• Willing to work weekends and holidays, and overtime if required.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains instrumentation and electrical systems for the facility.
• Supports pilot plant operations and collaborates with Operations and maintenance personnel.
• Specifies, requisitions, and installs parts and equipment for small projects.
• Performs calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of controls and instruments.
• Participates in root cause investigations and safety culture initiatives.
• Completes required training per facility plan.
