Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a dedicated technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems within our pilot plant.

You will work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance while supporting project scoping and contractor oversight. The role requires hands-on experience with instrumentation, electrical controls, and DCS systems, plus the ability to follow established procedures and exchange technical

Qualifications

• Requires associates degree or equivalent with 3+ years relevant work experience; HS diploma with 5+ years acceptable.
• Experience with instrumentation, electrical systems, and process control in a plant environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems in the facility.
• Specify, requisition, and install parts for small projects.
• Coordinate with Operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient plant operation.
• Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement of instrumentation procedures.
