Job summary

The Instrumentation and Controls Technician at Carbon Cycle North Carolina, LLC in Warsaw, NC installs, programs, maintains, and calibrates industrial instrumentation and control systems to support safe, efficient RNG production.

You will diagnose faults, update drawings and CMMS records, and ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards while performing preventive and corrective maintenance in a hands-on, in-person plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and calibrating industrial instrumentation.
• Ability to read installation schematics, diagrams, and wiring drawings.
• Experience with electrical and control-system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with CMMS documentation and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Mount, wire, and program instrumentation and control equipment per wiring schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control equipment.
• Calibrate instruments and control devices on a routine schedule.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Record test data and maintain CMMS records.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and safety standards.
