Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Hands‑on experience with tools, machines, and industrial equipment.
• Experience applying critical‑thinking and problem‑solving in technical settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Manager in engineering and technical aspects of Warsaw plant operations.
• Maintain hands‑on presence in the plant, including troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Develop subject matter expertise in plant process technology and operations best practices.
• Define and monitor critical operating parameters and SPC limits for plant process systems.
• Maintain engineering document master files, technical records, drawings, and related documentation.
• Provide rapid‑response troubleshooting for mechanical equipment and process upsets.
• Implement operational excellence tools and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of engineered systems and SOPs.
