Job summary

GALLO is seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Technician to keep our winery operations safe, reliable, and efficient. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, install, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems supporting production, working with electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and digital instruments, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree with PLC experience.
• Experience with electrical safety procedures and working at heights.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.
• Ability to troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, install, calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems for production.
• Work with PLCs, HMIs, electrical systems and industrial networks.
• Diagnose process upsets and trace control-loop malfunctions; support repairs.
• Contribute to capital projects and new-product commercialization with data.
