Job summary

The role focuses on instrumentation/controls, SCADA and automation, PLC troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and production teams. On-call for emergencies; capable of heavy manual tasks; requires strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, preferably in oil and gas.
• Ability to perform heavy manual tasks and work on-call for emergencies.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and solve problems.
• Willingness to work 24 hours per day on-call when on shift.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future instrumentation requirements with management and production teams.
• Schedule and perform maintenance, repair, and installation of controls equipment.
• Support product development by reviewing plans and coordinating with facility crafts.
• Maintain instrumentation and facility automation/SCADA equipment.
• Uphold company values and support mission and on-time attendance.
