Job summary

Torrey Holistics seeks an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Controls Engineer to support automated production and bottling equipment reliability, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Hands-on experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rockwell control systems, SCADA, VFDs, servo drives, and process controls is ideal.

The engineer will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, production, and operations to diagnose problems, reduce downtime, and optimize performance, while

Qualifications

Hands-on troubleshooting of industrial control systems and instrumentation.
Interpretation of electrical schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
Experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley control systems in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and interpret Allen-Bradley PLC code in Rockwell environment.
Diagnose, repair, test, calibrate instrumentation and control equipment.
Support SCADA, DCS, HMI optimization and operator interfaces.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and asset-care tasks.
Document corrective actions and maintain CMMS records.
Train technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
