Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Instrument and Controls Designer to develop P&ID diagrams and panel layouts for advanced facilities. You will create 3D models and 2D drawings, collaborating with global multidisciplinary teams to deliver world-class designs for data centers, semiconductor plants and other industrial facilities.

The role requires 8+ years BIM design experience, familiarity with P&ID standards, and proficiency in BIM software and Microsoft Office. We offer hybrid work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BIM design experience.
• Experience using BIM360, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects designing state-of-the-art data center, semiconductor, and other manufacturing facilities
• Develop 3D models and 2D drawings of industrial facility control systems
• Work within global multidisciplinary teams
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects
