Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform calibration, electrical, and utility-related work in a manufacturing environment.

The role involves calibrating instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow), troubleshooting loops, performing PMs, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring cGMP compliance while maintaining a safe production floor.

Qualifications

• Requires an AAS degree or HSD/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Technologies preferred.
• ISA CCST Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates instrumentation including temperature, pressure, level, flow and analytical instruments.
• Performs loop check, tune, troubleshoot and startup of instrumentation.
• Works with medium and low voltages and basic plumbing work.
• Assists in troubleshooting facilities and process related issues with FM-M team.
• Performs daily Work Orders and PMs and coordinates workflow and PM documentation.
• Communicates with departments and Facilities Management during planned/unplanned work events.
• Follows cGMPs and adheres to SOPs and quality standards.
• May plan external contractors for preventative maintenance or general work.
